I got my PhD in Computer Science in 2014 at the National Technical University of Athens under the supervision of Prof. Stefanos Kollias and Dr. Yannis Avrithis. During the last years I have worked on different aspects of large scale visual search, clustering and approximate nearest neighbor search. My publication record includes papers in CVPR, ECCV, CVIU, ACM Multimedia, ICMR and ICIP.

Apart from research, I like photography, improvising on the piano and shooting films. In 2014, I curated a web-radio series dedicated to experimental and improvisational music.
